The colour theme of the pent house was selected with the view of keeping the cherry-wood floors and cherry-wood kitchen cabinets as the Centre of attraction.
Keeping in mind the trendy and modern lifestyle of its residents, high-end home entertainment systems are seamlessly integrated into the decor scheme. Each of the rooms is equipped with flat screen television and a surround sound audio system.
The outdoor terrace doubles as an additional living room. To optimise space, the living room is also equipped with two custom made sofas that double as sleepers. The living room also boasts of Mission-style chairs, especially designed by Chicago's own Frank Lloyd Wright.
The guest bedroom, decorated in deep rich brown, consists of two twin beds. The guest bedroom is decorated in deep rich brown accents and lends an air of sophistication and class. Architect Frank Lloyd Wright has created a vivid and bright ambience, while at the same time skilfully using a delightful play of contrasting textures.
A king-size bed with leather-upholstered headboard and footboard adorns the master bedroom. The colour theme for the master bedroom is a soothing jungle green. Floor-to-ceiling "portiere" curtains function as a separation between the bedroom and its adjacent sitting room. The adjacent sitting room is also equipped with sleeper sofas for additional guests. Pictures of vintage aircrafts that adorn the master bedroom suggest the personalities of the well-travelled residents of the penthouse. The decor also imparts an extra splash of visual interest. The master bathroom, a masterpiece of its own kind, is done up with custom-designed marble-and-stone walls.
An innovative play of materials and textures is at work in this penthouse. Subtle touches of flamboyance give it a chic spark.
