About two years ago, in recognition of the "BVD" magazine's 100th anniversary issue (a well known Israeli magazine for architecture and design), it was decided to build a residence that will serve as a hosting Centre for Israeli architects, designers and visiting overseas guests.

One of the aims of the project is to reveal new materials and special methods of application of existing materials, in an active home, and not in the setting of an exhibition. The husband, who is an international businessman, often works at home due to global time differences.
