Inside Story... (Page 2)

Archana has made the most use of her space without overcrowding it. Moreover, you'll find interesting concepts spread out all over the space. A flight of stairs connects to the next floor of the duplex. As you reach the upper floor of the house, the first thing in your line of sight is the wooden deck with the big water feature bang in the centre of the floor with a skylight feature above it which allows in natural light. The water feature has black galaxy sparkling granite as flooring and the band around it which glitters at night.

The first floor of the house also hubs two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a distinct appearance, but when it comes to comfort and basic necessities all the rooms are equally well-equipped. The master bedroom has a mixture of colours like aqua blue, Wenge beige and a combination of wooden flooring with metallic beige and green wall paper. A small part of bedroom ceiling is made of glass from where natural light comes all day. The room has a 360 degree rotating LCD panel which can be viewed from the Water body area and from every corner in the room. The highlight of the guest room is the red and white-silver theme. The wall over the headrest has been given an interesting red and silver paneling that adds drama to the overall look of the room.

Archana's house truly speaks of her design sensibility and her love for her abode and all that makes it the best ‘My Space’ entry of the issue.

The End.
